Now after many years this is the first time I have seen a good united front to try to bring manufacturers and academia together along with regional workforce board and politicians to help promote our industry and to listen to what our needs are. Through this Sector Strategy we are in hopes to even bring better continuity to this goal. We must fill the pipeline of talent and we must be teaching our young people the skills of our trade. We must also have many more involved in our community to make this happen and to help us carry the torch of manufacturing and the needs of our businesses.
